what can i use as a temporary surf wax for my skimboard?
i got a skimboard but no shops in my area have surfwax right now so i ordered online. what can i use until it gets here? i really want to take it out today?
do candles work?
Parafin wax. It is available in most supermarkets

Back in the sixties, everybody waxed their surfboards with paraffin. Surf wax was $.25 a bar, and we couldn’t aford that.
