can I surf ANY website on PS3 for free ?
like latterly ANY WEBSITE AT ALL ??? Weather it’s youtube, Facebook, twitter Flash Games websites, watching videos on a website other than YouTube ??? and is it totally free ???
pretty much all websites, though if the site requires you have the ABSOLUTE LATEST Flash Player or Java, you may be out of luck, since you can’t update them like you do on your PC.
also, some websites (few) will not work at all, but that is the same with IE8 or FireFox on the PC. not every site will work on THEM either. many sites are now saying “PS3 Compatible” on them, so it is becoming the thing now to design a site that will work on EVERYTHING…but yeah, just TRY to leave a comment on Wired magazine’s website while using IE8 or Chrome! on FF works for it! there are many other examples, but that is a popular website to try…
PS3 will NEVER replace your PC wholesale (without being modded anywayz), since you can’t really save files or anything to your PC (just pictures and screenshots).
